All online payments are processed through a secure, established third-party provider. Once your order is received, I’ll send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this within 48 hours, please let me know. You’ll receive a second email when your order has been processed and shipped.
Commissions and custom orders require a 50% deposit upon acceptance, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
Buyers outside the EU: please be aware that your country may charge additional import/customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact me as soon as possible with your full name and order details. If I haven’t yet dispatched your order, I will cancel it and confirm by email.

For your protection, I recommend returning items via a tracked delivery service. I am unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
All returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all packaging complete and seals unbroken.

Returns made on a non-faulty basis may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s value.
I take pride in the quality of my work and will repair any breakage or damage caused by a manufacturing fault, free of charge, within six months of purchase where repair is possible. Items damaged through wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Polishing your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth is an effective way to maintain its shine. Lawless Jewellery should not be cleaned using ultrasonic equipment, as this may affect certain finishes or materials.
Please remove jewellery before showering, bathing, swimming, or exposing it to chlorinated or salt water. Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotions directly onto your jewellery. Always put your jewellery on last.
Storing your pieces in an airtight container or bag will help reduce tarnishing, which is a natural occurrence with all metals.
